Pretty sure he was arrested for disturbing the peace. The headline makes it sound like he civilly asked a question and then was arrested, which doesn't appear to be what happened.
I hear you Dan. I find it interesting, as the article pointed out, that a similar yet more extreme situation happened at President Obama's recent speech in support of Barbara Boxer and nobody forced those gay rights advocates out. Interesting.
